Our Mission

At Shine the Light Africa, we are on mission to empower the most orphaned and vulnerable children and youth through education, skills training, mentorship programs, women and girls empowerment and necessary social support. We believe that everyone deserves the support needed to access quality education regardless of his or her background; so they will have the power to break the chain of poverty.

We were establish to butress goal 4 of the UN Sustinable development Goals (SDG) which emphaisi that quaity education is the SDG pillar dedicated to ensuring that every person, regardless of background, has access to inclusive, equitable, and lifelong learning opportunities. It is a cornerstone for achieving all other development goals, because education empowers people to build healthier, fairer, and more sustainable societies.
